LEKHANEEYAM

Service Description

Lekhaneeyam is a vigorous, results-driven therapy designed to physically transform the body's contours. The name itself is derived from the Ayurvedic term Lekhana, which means "scraping"—a reference to the treatment’s ability to "scrape away" excess fat and clear the body's channels. By utilizing a very special herbal paste massaged with intent and pressure, this treatment serves as a natural lipolysis, helping to break down fat deposits while simultaneously firming the skin. The Dynamic Process The secret to the success of Lekhaneeyam lies in the specific direction and friction used during the application. The Formula: A bespoke blend of fat-metabolizing herbal powders—known for their "scraping" properties—is mixed with specific medicated oils or decoctions to create a potent, warm paste. The Technique: Unlike traditional relaxation massages, this paste is massaged on the body in an upward direction (against the hair follicles). This creates the necessary friction to penetrate the subcutaneous layers and stimulate the metabolic activity of the tissues. The Stimulation: The vigorous upward strokes activate the lymphatic system and increase the local metabolic rate, encouraging the body to mobilize and eliminate stagnant energy and fat. Targeted Benefits Lekhaneeyam is a powerhouse for both aesthetic refinement and metabolic health: Obesity Management: It is recognized as a special treatment for obesity, as the friction and herbal chemistry help to liquefy and mobilize stubborn adipose tissues. Cellulite Reduction: The deep-tissue stimulation helps break up the connective tissue bands responsible for the "orange-peel" effect, significantly reducing the appearance of cellulites. Muscle & Skin Toning: It acts as a natural workout for your skin, helping to tone up the muscles and tighten the skin, making it an excellent choice for firming the body. Exfoliation & Radiance: The herbal paste removes dead skin cells and improves peripheral circulation, leaving the skin exceptionally smooth, vibrant, and rejuvenated.
